Poland
Poland is the EU's sixth-largest economy and has one of the most active public procurement markets in Central and Eastern Europe, significantly boosted by EU structural funds and PNRR investment. The country launched a new, modern e-procurement platform (e-Zamówienia) in 2021, which has dramatically improved data access and digitalisation. Poland is undergoing significant reform of its Public Procurement Law (PZP), expected in 2025-2026, including raising thresholds. The language barrier is substantial but the market size justifies targeted investment.
